Good Morning Farm Stand Community!
Well friends, here we are…September 30th. The very last day of September. 🍂
September always feels like a bridge between two seasons to me. We start the month hanging onto summer, and somehow by the end of it we’re reaching for a sweater in the morning, noticing the leaves beginning to change and thinking about soup for supper.
It’s been a full month around here. Football games, family time, some beautiful days outside and plenty of ordinary life tucked in between. There have been some happy moments and some hard ones too. I suppose that’s how most months go when you really stop and think about it.
And tomorrow…October. ❤️ ( my fav!)
I’ve always loved October. Dave and I were married October 23rd, so it holds a special place in my heart. Crisp mornings, beautiful trees, pumpkins on the porch, something good simmering on the stove and that wonderful feeling that it’s perfectly acceptable to stay home and get cozy. 😉
So today I’m just going to enjoy this last little piece of September.
