eXPRS - Express Payment & Reporting System The Express Payment & Reporting System (better known as eXPRS - pronouced "express").

eXPRS (pronounced "express") is the acronym for the Express Payment & Reporting System. It is the statewide application for the processing of service authorizations and payment for services delivered to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in Oregon.

Today, Monday September 28, State Technical Staff will be completing system updates that impact certain ODHS systems, including eXPRS. As a result, some eXPRS users may experience intermittent outages from 12:00PM to approximately 1:00PM during this system maintenance. Please remember to save any critical work before 12:00PM on 09/28/2026.

eXPRS is experiencing connectivity issues with the MMIS interface used for eligibility information. Service Delivered Billing Entries, Claims and Authorizations may suspend as a result of this issue. Our technical team is aware of the situation and is working to address it. The message on the eXPRS login page will be removed once the issue has been resolved.
