What a gorgeous day for our Alfred Diaz-Infante residents to explore the natural beauty of Point Lobos State Natural Reserve! 💚

From breathtaking coastal views to learning about our local wildlife and the importance of conservation, it was a wonderful day of outdoor exploration, discovery, and making memories!

CHISPA Housing Management, Inc. will be accepting preliminary applications for 4 bedroom WAITLISTS at our Villa San Miguel located at 1201 Amherst Drive in King city. Applications will be accepted from October 9, 2026 through December 17, 2026.

For 4 bedrooms, minimum occupancy is 5 people and maximum occupancy is 9 people.

Applications will be available at the property, main office in Salinas or on our website.

💉 Flu Shot Clinic at Sherwood Village!

A big thank you to Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) for visiting CHISPA’s Sherwood Village and providing flu shots to our senior residents! 💚

VNA will continue visiting CHISPA communities throughout October, helping our residents stay healthy and protected this flu season.

🎸🧱 LEGO fun with Play-Well!

Today, our kids worked together to build their very own stage and then became rock stars! 🎤🌟 It was great seeing their creativity, teamwork, and imaginations come to life—all while having lots of fun! 💚
