The team travelled to South Carolina for Changing the Tide - The Carolinas’ Seaside Symposium on Child Abuse. We are looking forward to a week of continuing education and critical updates in the field. 🌊📚

As the school year wraps up across Rowan County, we’re thankful to have had more than 4,000 student encounters through our Stop-Go-Tell abuse prevention program this year.

By teaching children about safe and appropriate boundaries — and empowering them to speak up when someone makes them feel uncomfortable — we are helping build safer communities for every child.

Thank you to our schools, educators, families, and community partners for supporting this important work.

We will be closed Monday, May 25 through Friday, May 29 while our staff attends the Seaside Symposium on Child Abuse, presented by the Children's Advocacy Centers of North Carolina. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you when we return.
