Rowan One Church One Child (ROCOC) is a partnership between Rowan County Department of Social Services and Rowan churches and civic groups.

Our mission is to provide life essentials to Rowan County abused, neglected, and/or poverty-stricken kids.

March is Social Worker Appreciation Month. ROCOC is thankful for Rowan County social workers who selflessly serve Rowan County kids and families.

ROCOC partners always step up to save the day. Mr. Edley brought us a stove, donated by Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church, to assist one of our foster families whose stove was accidentally broken beyond repair. Thank you, Mr. Edley and Mt Zion!
