Economic development is a team effort, and workforce partnerships are a big part of it.

When businesses, schools and training partners stay connected, students can learn about local careers and employers can help shape the skills they need. Those conversations may begin in a classroom or on a facility tour, but their impact can last for years. Keeping talent and opportunity connected is how Rowan County builds momentum.
