Wicomico County Cigarette Restitution Fund Program Deadline to get proposal in 10/23/26

TO***CO USE PREVENTION GRANT APPLICATION – FY 2027

Two awards for up to $5,000.00 each. The Wicomico County Health Department will offer two different options to fund the above project.

The Wicomico County Health Department is accepting proposals for projects that educate youth and adults on the health and social effects of to***co/to***co related use and secondhand smoke. These funds are made possible through the State of Maryland’s Cigarette Restitution Fund (CRF) To***co Program. TO***CO PREVENTION AND CONTROL – NGO RETAILER EDUCATION – FY 2027

Three awards of $7,000.00 each will be distributed to the winning bidder.

The Wicomico County Health Department (WiCHD) is accepting proposals from non-governmental agencies to partner with the WiCHD to educate Wicomico County to***co retailers about state laws designed to reduce youth access to to***co. These funds are made possible through the Maryland Department of Health Center for To***co Prevention and Control, along with the Behavioral Health Administration.
