The 2026 Chariton County Lincoln Dinner was held at the Knights of Columbus in Salisbury. Tammy McIntire was the MC for the evening. Speakers were Representative Tim Taylor, Senator Rusty Black, Aaron Baker spoke for Chris Stigall, trey Shriver spoke for Nathan Willet, Sheriff Erick Billups, Clerk Mitzi, Kassie Lewis, and Comissioner Evan Emmerich.
A great meal was catered by Sherry's Home Cooking. The Henry Golden Boy L22 r***e was won by Jared Meyer. There are still eleven months left of the drawing and tickets are still available.
