Interested in Spring Dual Enrollment?

Spring Dual Enrollment registration is happening now! Students may be eligible if they:

✅ Have completed 16 credits, or are a sophomore with at least 8 credits pursuing a college degree
✅ Have a 2.75 unweighted GPA or higher

If you think you qualify and would like to earn college credit while still in high school, please reach out to your counselor by October 23 to discuss your options and start the enrollment process.

Starlight School Night — A Family Learning Extravaganza is coming soon!

Join us Tuesday, October 20 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Junior Achievement Center (301 Tilghman Rd., Salisbury, MD 21804) for a fun night of learning and family fun!

Visit information tables about learning opportunities in our schools. Explore hands-on STEM activities, create art, enjoy student performances, visit the UMES STEM Mobile Lab and watch the Young Business Leaders make their pitch and take the LEGO challenge. Boxed dinners will be provided (while supplies last). Interpreters will be available.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE! Three Wicomico Public Schools employees were recognized for going the "extra mile" in the work duties at the October 13th Board of Education meeting. Robert O'Day, custodian at James M. Bennett High, Ben Sandlin, Teacher/Coach/Athletic Director at James M. Bennett, and LiAnn Piposzar, Community School Coordinator at Willards elementary were honored and given a plaque and certificate for their outstanding work.

The Clipper Marching Band & Color Guard had a very successful Saturday night at Colonel Richardson High School for the "March On, Delmarva!" competition.

Our band & guard scored an 85.9 and tied for the highest score of the night in the entire state of Maryland! Congratulations to our talented students and directors on a job well done! 🎺👏

Their next performance is Friday, October 23rd for the football game against North Caroline. Come out and cheer on your Marching Clippers for "The Heart of a Warrior", their 2026 program. Their next competition is Delmarvacade of Bands at Wicomico County Stadium on Saturday, October 24th.
