Somos One was founded by Carlos Disner, after he was approached by multiple people who wanted to donate to causes to support those in need, but were struggling to identify legitimate and honest organizations to which to donate. Somos One was founded in 2022 officially as a non-profit organization. Generous people want to know that they are truly helping and being good stewards of their resources.

Did you know that Mexico has the fourth highest crime rate in the world and second in the American continent?
Because of this, children are indirect victims of this violence. That’s right, since many are orphaned, which means that they do not have the necessary protection to have an adequate childhood.
At Somos One we want to provide all these children, victims of violence, a safe place where they can have counseling and psychological services, seeking to safeguard a bit of the childhood they deserve.
Help us make this possible with your donation and thus be able to open a first center to help these children.

Did you hear about our most recent cause?
Somos One has recognized the grave tragedy and hardship children experience when they lose their parents to violence in Mexico. For this reason, we are interested in creating a support network, where the most needy children can find shelter, support and companionship in their day to day lives.
La Casa de la Hormiguita, is named after a children's story about an ant who, against all odds, climbs to the top of a mountain with the help of his dear friends.
Funds are being raised to build this support center for these children in need, in which we intend to provide psychological and after-school supports.
Join this noble cause and contribute with us to improve the lives of many Mexican children.
