Firetrol Protection Systems

The Salt Lake City Office Celebrated Kirk Kirkland's Retirement on March 29,2024. Kirk has been a valuable employee for over 27 years.
He was hired on February 17, 1997 and was the first Fire Alarm technician as Firetrol entered the Fire Alarm business. Most notably, Kirk was the lead for both Fire Alarm Service and Inspections at Nestles Foods in Springville for many years. Kirk was also a key figure in the growth and development of countless Fire Alarm techs and Inspectors.

His commitment and dedication has enabled Firetrol to achieve our present position in the Fire Protection Industry. His efforts laid the groundwork for the success that we have experienced in the past and will experience for years to come.

Kirk's celebration included all of the Salt Lake District, our Vice President Blake Vance, family members, retired employees Robin Phillips-Fire Alarm Sales and Neil Flandro-Sprinkler installer and inspector.

Thank you for all your hard work and loyalty to the company. We wish you the best in this next phase of your life.

The Salt Lake office held our Annual Christmas luncheon today. There was tons of good food, games and the warehouse was decorated very festive. We even had one of our Fire Alarm guys dress up as an elf! We played some fun games with lots of laughter and everyone seemed to have a great time. In the past we have done drawings that you could win electronics, many food drives, collected donations for the Ronald McDonald's House and the Christmas Box just to name a few. We decided to change things up this year and focus on helping others that are less fortunate. Our DGM Mike Harris put together care packages that included socks, hand warmers,hygiene supplies,snacks and Little Caesars gift cards for each one of our employees to hand out to someone in need.
All in all it turned out to be a fun festive day.

Firetrol conducted a clothing drive in conjunction with a Elementary School "back to school night". We collected new and gently used clothing. It was our goal to provide an outfit to as many children as possible. It was exciting and very successful!

2020 Utah Food Bank Drive was a success!👍 Firetrol was able to make a large impact in the lives of those in our community who were not as blessed as we were in 2020! 🎄🎄

Safety First! Fighting Covid 19!

Our employee's had a wonderful opportunity to donate gifts to the Ronald McDonald Foundation. Families depend on this Foundation for support and a place to stay while their seriously ill or injured children are getting treated at the hospitals. Thanks to the Firetrol family!
