Vagabond Resource and Recovery

Last night we were able to prepare and serve spaghetti dinner for 85+ unhoused individuals at the First United Methodist Church. The 2nd + 2nd Coalition partners with this very giving church to shelter and feed our unhoused friends overnight when it’s just far too cold to sleep on the streets. All of this is done with volunteer work and they could use extra hands, especially helping with the overnight shifts.

The energy here was peaceful and calming and we loved the opportunity to serve our unsheltered friends!

These are some pictures of our loving volunteers from our most recent outreach events. Last month we were able to serve a turkey dinner with all the fixings, 10 turkeys were served! We love what we do for our unsheltered friends! Helping them feel valued, respected, and cared for is our goal!
