Our Senior Director of Legal and Legislative Affairs, Marina Lowe, responded to Gov. Cox’s “Fidelity Month” declaration. 🏳️🌈
“I think it’s just the reality that LGBTQ people are people of faith, are people of family, just like any other group of individuals,’ Lowe said. ‘I don’t think that these positions need to be in conflict with one another.
Pride Month is about love, acceptance and inclusion, Lowe told the Deseret News, adding that she believes strong families are defined by ‘stability and love and commitment,’ not by a concept of traditional ‘nuclear’ family structures.”

LGBTQ-Friendly Businesses in Utah 🏳️🌈
Of course we’re starting with our beloved Milk Block. These nine gems on Harvey Milk Blvd — our literal neighbors — are known for being wonderful businesses AND for being LGBTQ owned or allied.
What’s more: this Friday we’re all coming together for Harvey Milk’s Birthday Party — an epic block party on Harvey Milk Blvd and you’re invited. Come hang out with us. 🎉
Where you spend matters. Have you visited any of these? Show them some love in the comments.👇
