Mayor Erin Mendenhall met with Mona Nisar, the proud owner of Curry in a Hurry!

Since 1998, Curry in a Hurry has been a beloved part of the Salt Lake community. While raising her family here, having a lot of encouragement from friends and neighbors, she invested her tax return and opened her doors to share her incredible food with everyone.

She’s passionate about every ingredient that goes into her dishes and wants everyone to leave feeling full and cared for. Stop by and check them out!

To celebrate Utah’s Pacific Island Heritage Month, Mayor Erin Mendenhall visited Budda’s Hawaiian Bakery & Grill to meet with Unga, Jose, and Jason.

Budda’s Hawaiian | Pleasant Grove, UT | Salt Lake City recently opened their second location right here in Salt Lake City. This team is passionate about the food and community they create, and they’re excited to update their storefront through the City’s Facade Grant Program to help draw even more people to their spot in Midtown.

Innovation Day is about connecting young Salt Lakers to future careers!

Sixteen middle schoolers jumped at the opportunity to explore Intermountain LDS Hospital's simulation lab, talk with healthcare professionals about career paths, and enjoy hands-on activities. Thank you, Intermountain Health, for hosting us!

We are grateful for our continued partnership with Salt Lake Education Foundation and Salt Lake City School District in planning these events for students.

Mayor Erin Mendenhall stopped by Art at the Main, a co-op gallery inside the Salt Lake City Main Library, for a tour with artist Jeff Myers. This space is all about celebrating Utah artists and sharing their incredible, original, high quality work with the public.
