WITH PREJUDICE!

Yet another court room loss for the Trump administration as they try to rig the 2026 election .

Thank you, Lt. Gov. Deidre M. Henderson Diedre Henderson, for standing up for fair elections in Utah. We might belong to different political parties, but we appreciate your integrity and steadfastness in protecting our voter information.

Let’s finish the assignment, Utah, and fill out those ballots!

Who’s buying, errr, bankrolling your GOP legislators’ campaigns?

Two PACs controlled by Utah State Legislature GOP leadership are heavily financing campaigns so the candidates 1: don’t have to do actual fundraising themselves, and 2: end up saying “how high?” when Speaker Mike Schultz tells them to jump.

$500,000+ and counting has been given to GOP candidates from GOP House Leadership PACs.

Of note: Schultz’ PAC (House Speaker Leadership PAC) funneled $100,000 to the House GOP election PAC (Utah House Republican Election Committee) last week to shore up campaigns. Those two PACs are primarily funded by large corporations who give that money knowing what their investments buy.

Utahns have held the power to make laws by initiative since 1900.

It’s written into our constitution for a reason. Amendment B raises the bar for some initiatives and makes that power harder to use. Protect a Utah tradition that belongs to all of us.

Vote No on Amendment B.

Utah, our voice is on the ballot.

Amendment B would raise the bar for citizen initiatives that touch taxes from a simple majority to 60%. That means a measure could win more votes than it loses and still fail.

Initiatives are how everyday Utahns bring ideas to the ballot and decide for themselves. Don’t let that power get weaker.

Vote NO on Amendment B by November 3. Majority rules. Keep Utah’s voice yours.
