Creekside Manor Assisted Living Creekside Manor is an 88 bed licensed Assisted Living Facility in Saltillo, MS. Accepts Medicaid Waiver, Veterans Benefits and Private Pay placements.

Our Mission Statement
To provide affordable, quality housing and services which reflect and support independence, dignity, choice, privacy and individuality in meeting the needs and preferences of our residents in a home-like setting. Our Scripture:
