Inspired by the 2026 Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) theme "Unearth a Story", which focuses on archaeology, paleontology, geology, and local history.

Discover what lies beneath the surface, in Watercolor Fossils, we’ll “bury” our fossil designs with drawing gum, paint over them like layers of "earth", and then reveal the hidden shapes underneath.

Introduction to Intarsia Colorwork

Intarsia! A great colorwork technique to add a motif in the field to your knitting. We will be making the Bliss-Bloss Shawl by AMBAH. This gives you many options for size and number of flowers.
Student will provide their own materials, including the pattern.
Yarn needed: DK or Light worsted in 3 colors. Amounts depend on the size and are listed on the pattern page on Ravelry.
Needles needed: US 7 or 8 with a minimum 32” cable.
Level: Advanced Beginner and up
