🤦‍♀️I can’t believe I left out my fabulous treasurer in my earlier thank-you message. I truly could not have done this without my wonderful treasurer, Conoly Brooks. 🤠 From helping fund my kickoff party to encouraging donations, hanging signs, and canvassing, he went far above and beyond the role of treasurer. His dedication, generosity, and hard work meant so much to me throughout this journey. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did and for the support he gave every step of the way. 😊😊

Even though I didn’t win this time, my heart is completely at peace. I felt God’s presence through the entire journey, and that alone made it worthwhile. I’m walking away full, satisfied, and truly grateful.

I believe with all my heart that God has an even bigger plan unfolding — even if I can’t see it just yet. So I’m choosing to trust the process and keep moving forward in faith.

My dad served as the 112th District Attorney for 12 years. He started his own law practice in 1991, and in 2011, we had the privilege of teaming up together.
Practicing with my dad has been one of the greatest honors of my life. From him, I learned that the law is not just about statutes and courtrooms — it is about people. It is about integrity, preparation, and the responsibility to seek justice fairly and without bias.
For over a decade, we worked side by side, representing clients with diligence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to the rule of law. That experience shaped not only my career, but my character. It reinforced my belief that a judge must be patient, impartial, and guided by both the law and a deep respect for the community they serve.
I am proud of the legacy of public service my father began, and I am committed to carrying those same values forward — fairness, accountability, and equal justice under the law — as I seek to serve our community on the bench.
