Burnout is real... especially during the holidays. The level of stress and anxiety really takes its toll this time of year. Between momming, managing our teams, holiday programs, and end-of-year details, things can get a little crazy.
As a mom, CEO, and entrepreneur, I’ve adopted these three steps to maintain my mental health. 🧠
(1) Get moving🚶♀️: I enjoy taking morning walks with our dog to clear my mind before my day begins.
(2) Reflect and give thanks🙏: I write down a list of things I’m grateful for - it gives me perspective and reminds me to recalibrate.
(3) End your day with something positive😊: I like streaming a funny show before bed. A good laugh helps calm my stress level.
So here's your week of Christmas reminder to take a minute and recalibrate. I promise it helps.
