SAN ANTONIO - Patrol officers confirmed a su***de in the parking lot at the Audie Murphy VA Hospital.
The incident was reported around 12:30 p.m. According to the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, on Dec. 4, an individual died by su***de in the parking lot of the Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans' Hospital.
