Mark Fryar, our capital projects intern was recently awarded the coveted Kit Kat. He may be originally from New York, but he's got Texas work ethic. His peers say he is dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand and fill any need that arises. Congrats Mark, enjoy your break!

I love this FM-ilia, here's why. We do Pancake Patrol this morning at the CH Annex, and when were done, I walk to my ride and see a violation ticket on the window! Was angry at first, until I read what it said...."Thanks for the pancakes! - Parking Team" I don't deserve it, but thank you for having my back every day. Love you guys!

We are sooo lucky to have an incredible group of Parking volunteers during Fiesta. Our team, and employees from other offices and departments sharing their time (and weekends!) helping us man our lots and garages. Appreciate you all!

Earth Day was April 22nd, and for the second year in a row, we rolled out the "Green" carpet. Too many incredible volunteers to mention and thank them all, but huge props to Angelica Morales for making this year's event Bigger and Better!

Our parking team is the BEST! Parking Ops Manager Ethan Scarlett, and Parking Leads Beck Banda and Joann Hernandez rode the stationary bike and blended their own smoothies to get their very own Bexar Wellness Fiesta medal. And they're challenging all of you to stop by and get yours! VIVA FIESTA!

A couple weeks ago a long time FM team member retired. Mike Hogan never sought out public accolades or praise, but ALWAYS wanted to help people. He's a great example to all of us about the impact of a life in service to others. Mike, Thank You, truly. Enjoy your retirement and those ROAD TRIPS! Don't be a stranger, we will see you around the bend...
