Anyone with a TCFP Inspector certification must watch a video on their fido regarding inspection of AEDs. This is required whether you are assigned to inspection duties or not.

We Eat Together

We Clean Together

We Do The Fun Stuff Together

We Do The Stuff That Sucks Together

and Yes we even ALL get out of the rig to get fuel

It may seem small and sometimes it even feels like checking the box. Sometimes it feels like we just all get out because that is what we do. But I believe it is this little stuff that gets taken for granted so often. It all affects morale and culture and I believe morale and culture can drive a Firehouse that puts Mission First. If you can do it together then do it together. Even the little stuff.
