The attendees at today's Community Forum came prepared with very thought-provoking and personal questions.

Each candidate answered questions ranging from mental health, jail reform, domestic violence, the unhoused population, to data centers.

Earlier voting is just around the corner. Let's get Luz Elena Chapa and Ron Nirenberg across the finish line on November 3rd.

Early voting takes place October 17th - 30th.

National Night Out 2026!

What a great evening connecting with Kirby residents and our neighboring communities.

Ron Nirenberg, I am happy you enjoyed our wonderful Kirby hospitality. Events like this are a wonderful reminder that strong communities are built through relationships — getting to know our officers, meeting our neighbors, supporting our first responders, and simply spending time together.

Thank you Crime Control, our first responders, community partners, volunteers, and everyone who came out to make the evening such a success. Your dedication to strengthening the relationship between our community and those who serve it truly matters.

It was great seeing so many Kirby families and residents come together. This is what community looks like!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this year's City of Kirby National Night Out where neighbors were getting to know neighbors while making new friends along the way.

It really does take a village; I am proud of that village spirit right here in the City of Kirby.

Ron Nirenberg thank you for coming out and spending time in our Small City with a Big Heart.

A special thank you to the City of Kirby Crime Control, and the Police and Fire Departments for everything you do to keep our city safe.
