In this episode I sit with Walter Miranda, a near and dear friend of mine to discuss his experience with hospice when he lost his mother in January of 2020 to lung cancer. His experience has led me to take action to make sure there can be a place to safely and comfortably lay your loved ones to rest.

Happy Sunday! Abundant Senior Living Solutions is dedicated to our Seniors. I pray you all are blessed and well. I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of few changes made for seniors by a couple of business.

1. Costco on 281/1604 now is offering store shopping hours for seniors on Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-9am. (60+)

2. Favor / H-E-B UPDATE 3/21: As we continue to find ways to support Texans and our most vulnerable populations, H-E-B and Favor Delivery are piloting today our Senior Support Line, a new delivery program designed to offer a safer solution for seniors (60+) across Texas. Starting 3/20, seniors can place orders from curated list of essentials via a phone line, the Favor app, or at favordelivery.com/seniors. The line will be staffed with volunteers to accept/process home delivery orders via phone daily 9a-1p. To access, call 1-833-397-0080. All fees will be waived for the first 30 days, with a $10 tip included in the order for the Favor Runner. As we continue to work together to serve Texans, please continue to be patient with our teams as we serve our communities. We continue to work hard to take care of customers. (60+)

3.Dollar General is offering the first hour of everyday to allow seniors only to shop.

4.Target is giving first hour everyday to allow seniors to shop. (65+)
