💙 YWLAP Families, A Few Important Reminders for Tomorrow! 💙

Due to early dismissal and no YMCA after school care, we recognize that some parents or family members picking up students may not have a YWLAP car tag or walk-up tag. For the safety of all students, if you do not have a tag, please be prepared to show your driver’s license/ID and a little extra patience during dismissal. Staff will be checking IDs at both the parent pick-up door and the car line to ensure every student goes home safely.

Also, with the exception of 4th grade (due to their awards ceremony), students may enjoy free dress tomorrow and show their spirit by wearing their Spurs shirts or last day of school shirts! 🎉

Please remember that all clothing must still follow school-appropriate dress code expectations (appropriate length, no inappropriate graphics or wording, and school-safe attire).

💃✨ BAILAR Summer Folklórico Program 2026 ✨💃

We are excited to share an amazing summer opportunity for our students and community! ❤️

BAILAR: Summer Folklórico Program 2026 is a special program focused on dance, culture, confidence, creativity, and community through the beauty of folklórico and intergenerational learning. Students will learn traditional dance, participate in arts-integrated activities, storytelling, and prepare for a culminating performance!

📅 Dates: June 15–26, 2026
📍 Location: Trinity University
⏰ Standard Program: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM
➕ Extended Day Option: Until 3:00 PM

This program is designed for elementary-aged students who are excited to dance, learn, create, and be part of a positive community experience.
