The Army Support Activity retains certain Army Installation Support Services not absorbed by the Air Force after Joint Basing took effect in 2010.
These services include: Residential Communities Initiative (RCI), Casualty Assistance Center (CAC), Survivor Outreach Services (SOS), Army Emergency Relief (AER), Army Continuing Education Services (ACES), Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention Program (SHARP), and Range Operations and Training Support.
