The results are in, and we are thoroughly impressed with our homemade freezer jam. For those who may have missed our previous update, last week we made strawberry freezer jam, and today we baked biscuits to conduct a jam tasting. The verdict was unanimous. Each participant took a jar home, and we still have a few available to share. Please feel free to stop by for a sample.

Easter joy was spread door to door in the form of origami Easter baskets and cards handcrafted by our very own residents. Wishing you a very happy Easter from our house to yours.

Our egg coloring workshop was a resounding success! We tie dyed eggs with shaving cream and food coloring! Who knew?! Come join us for our next "weird science" experiment, you won't be disappointed.

Today, we observed National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day with our own "Jam Session". Our Spark Kitchen Cooking Class prepared delicious strawberry freezer jam by chopping, mashing, stirring and boiling. We invite you to join us on Monday morning for a hot biscuit with our freshly made jam.
