Hi All,
You may have noticed the street lamp in the island on View Top and Tree Meadow has been missing for a few weeks. The light fixture was knocked over, and while the exact circumstances of the incident are unknown it has been observed, and was noted that on the day of the incident, that many of the children have been playing on street signs, lights, and other neighborhood property. Not only is this extremely dangerous, when items are broken it ends up costing our community a substantial amount money on repairs. This one repair was nearly $1,900 and we are incredibly lucky nobody was hurt. We ask all residents to speak to their children about being respectful of the neighborhood’s and other residents’ property. Please keep in mind if there is ever any proof about whom may have been involved in damaging neighborhood property, the homeowner will be responsible for the repair cost.
