We are looking at adding a roving security company to the neighborhood. We are trying to get it in place as soon as possible and will keep everyone updated.

I wanted to let the community know that I will stepping down from the Association Board after the new year.

It has been my pleasure to serve the community for the last five years but the time has come for me to move aside and let others serve.

Hello Neighbors,

I just wanted to give a friendly reminder that Halloween is coming this week. The neighborhood gets really crazy and busy with all of the additional cars. Official hours are Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

A few things to rememeber
-park your vehicle in the direction of travel.
-turn porch lights on only if you are giving out treats
-turn porch lights out when done giving out treats

With the community going dark after all the treats are given out it will give opportunity for thieves to walk the neighborhood. Please be on the look out and best wishes to all.

We had another vehicle break in last night in the neighborhood.

here are a few reminders
-remove all personal items from vehicle
-leave porch lights on at night
-watch out and report suspicious activity to the police
-keep an eye on your neighbors home
