Panel discussions have revealed that the majority of older adults will experience some form of emotional, mobility, monetary, psychological, and social loss. While these changes happen to many individuals, we believe that the individuals and families who receive services from Jefferson Outreach can continue to thrive.

Now in existence for over 34 years, Jefferson Outreach continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to our senior population, their loved ones and caregivers. We are a local 501-C3 non-profit organization, whose mission is to help seniors maintain healthy, secure and independent lifestyles.

By using a person-centered approach, we are able to help individuals identify barriers they are faced with; and provide important no cost services to not only the client but their loved ones and caregivers.

Jefferson Outreach has acknowledged the growing concerns of senior isolation, lack of reliable transportation, and the need for resources that can help them maintain a high level of dignity and independence. We are committed to providing No cost personalized supportive services that help enhance the quality of life of the elderly throughout San Antonio, Texas.
