Attention all 5th grade families 🚨🚨

Please remember to pre-register for the 5th grade promotion ceremony by Monday (link below)

As much as we’d love to keep the registration link open like a 24/7 Whataburger drive-thru line, we intentionally close it days in advance so we have time to raptor all our guest, print badges and try our best to reach out to anyone who we couldn’t pre-register.

The sooner everyone submits their forms, the smoother check-in will be on promotion day… and the fewer emergency emails we all have to pretend we didn’t see at 10:47 PM Thursday evening (kidding..we’ll be sleeping so there’s no pretending)

Thank you all for helping us avoid last-minute mystery guests, and surprise “I thought my spouse filled it out” situations.

Shoutout to Coach Micklos and Coach Puhl for planning, organizing, and running such an amazing event. Field Day is not a small task, and they somehow managed to coordinate waterslides, tug-of-war, games, schedules, organized chaos, and hundreds of excited students… all while keeping the fun going nonstop.

We appreciate our staff, volunteers, and everyone who donated watermelons to keep our students cool and fueled for the fun. From tug-of-war battles that looked like Olympic qualifying rounds to nonstop laughs all morning, it was such a fun day for our students!

A huge thank you to Bert and Debby Ayala, PTA grandparents, whose generous donation once again helped us secure the sports inflatables.

Last, but not least, thank you so much to our favorite Field Day DJ, Joel Byrd at Byrd Sound Productions
He had the kids completely hyped, parents attempting dance moves they should’ve retired years ago, and teachers suddenly forgetting they were on duty the second a Taylor Swift song came on.

​Our teachers and staff are the heartbeat of Steubing Ranch. They don’t just teach lessons; they spark curiosity, provide a safe harbor, and guide our students through every challenge. From the "Incredible Staff" who keep things running smoothly behind the scenes to the "Amazing Teachers" who inspire big dreams, they all work tirelessly to build brighter futures.

Teacher Appreciation Week is almost here! Supporting educators and protecting kids will always be close to our hearts. We see the long hours, the dedication, and the personal sacrifices that often go unseen. If we can bring even a little joy with a meal, it would truly mean so much to us.

We have teamed up with Lonestar Finds to treat an entire school’s education staff to a meal from our family. Tag your school below, each tag counts as one entry (one entry per person). Every entry will be written down and placed into a bucket. Entries will close Wednesday, April 29th at 9pm and we’ll be going live on Thursday, April 30th to randomly draw and announce the winning school. The selected school can then reach out to coordinate pickup with us.
