Assist the Marketing team with the creation of new online content and website development
Work alongside the leadership team in managing vendor relationships
Partner with the management team of multiple properties to run campaigns
Utilize multiple channels for messaging to residents and/or potential residents
Be a part of the strategy with an experienced Marketing professional on the team

YOU HAVE…

2+ years of Marketing Experience ideally in Property Management or Construction & Development in Real Estate
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Highly detailed with the ability to catch errors. Great at both verbal and written communication
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to move incredibly fast and multi-task!

We are a worldwide DoD and Commercial company. We are an 8a, WOSB, one of FORBES fastest-growing companies, we have 500+ employees, and a few other awards.

We are expanding our PHYSICAL SECURITY and our Trailer Divisions to the commercial market here in San Antonio. We are a leader in Armed Security for many US Govt facilitates and are now going to expand into the commercial sector. We already have several major commercial accounts worldwide but we are looking at expanding into the San Antonio area. The marketing intern that we had that we got from Penn State 6 months ago has moved on to be in the Marketing Dept of Chevron (mostly due to her experience with us).

ALSO we are expanding our US Govt Trailer sales Division from being US Govt and DOD only to also adding a commercial Division that will also be housed out of San Antonio. Currently we are one – if not the largest – producer of radio communication towers for FM radio broadcasts in the world.

Pretty sure with COVID and other issues you may know of a GREAT marketing graduate that’s probably stuck at working at Starbucks or WalMart or sitting at home unemployed.

SO what are we looking for?...

First off - We are NOT looking for fulltime. Can the positon go to fulltime? – DEFINITELY. But right now we are looking for 2 days a week of doing marketing research and analytics for us in helping us develop a customer base and a marketing strategy and using various commercial databases to track down future partners.

They would work out of the 5503 Grissom, San Antonio office – we would give them all the training they need to be successful – they would learn some real world marketing skills and be introduced to a network of ppl that they probably would not normally meet.
Computer skills is a must. The world revolves around EXCEL spreadsheets.
Writing is vital. They will be helping us answer several proposals and requesting information and dealing with various companies from around the world.
They will be helping the Security and Trailer sides of the house with Social Media websites.
They will be helping corporate with searching various companies that we will partner with or possibly buy out.

We do NOT expect the person to initially know what they are doing – BUT we will train them. BUT with that said – they have to be a self-starter. They have to be able to be left alone with a project and accomplish what is required. Unfortunately in the real world there are No “safe places” for them to go to in this line of work we do.

Typically we start our Part-time Marketing ppl off at $18 an hour and take it from there.

Off the record – it’s a good job. It’s a fun job. Its not that hard. Company is made up of mostly prior Special Operations folks AND also the brightest engineers in the world in Artificial Intelligence and L:inguistics and EE stuff. The last marketing girl really liked doing what we do. We pride ourselves that our part timers get snagged by companies that we work with daily – win/win for us. However this time it may be a little different. There are serious possibilities that both the SECURITY and the TRAILER divisions will go into a fulltime position once they get established. Anyway – I’m getting ahead of myself.
