Ever notice how people run to church whenever there’s a natural disaster, an epidemic, or something beyond their control, and people start “running back to God”?

It speaks of human nature. When life is comfortable, we often feel like we have
everything under control.

It’s only when something bad happens that we pause, recognize our limitations, and become willing to listen. So if you ever wonder why I post certain things at certain times, it’s because timing matters.

When people are reminded of their mortality and how quickly life can change, their hearts may be more open to hear what they once brushed aside.
