Bradley Middle School - North East ISD

Yesterday, the halls of Bradley Middle School felt a little extra special. 🐻✨

We were incredibly proud to host our very first Senior Walk for the amazing Class of 2026! It was a beautiful full-circle moment watching our former Bradley Bears walk these hallways one last time before they officially cross the graduation stage.

From middle school milestones to high school diplomas, we’ve loved watching you grow.

Once a Bear, always a Bear! 🎓💙💚

During a Special Board Meeting on Monday, May 18, the North East ISD Board of Trustees named Interim Superintendent Anthony Jarrett as the Lone Finalist for Superintendent.

“He has maintained a strong commitment to student success, academic excellence and community partnerships,” said Board President David Beyer. “We are confident that his leadership, experience, and vision will help guide our District forward, toward continued growth and opportunity for all staff students and families.”

Jarrett brings more than 25 years of experience in public education including six years with NEISD. He previously served as the District’s Chief Instructional Officer before being named Interim Superintendent in December of last year. Prior to joining North East ISD in 2019, Jarrett served as a teacher, principal and assistant superintendent in Northside ISD.

Following the announcement, Jarrett shared his gratitude to the board and enthusiasm for this next chapter.

“Sitting in this role is a humbling experience,” said Jarrett. “The mindset of service first and self second is something that I fundamentally believe in. I think working alongside you guys, I know our District will continue to grow, get better and be one of the best districts in the country.”

Per state mandate, NEISD trustees must wait at least 21 days before officially voting to appoint Jarrett as our District’s newest Superintendent.

🥳 THE 8TH GRADE PARTY IS TOMORROW! 🥳

We are so excited to celebrate the Bradley Middle School Class of 2026 tomorrow, Friday, May 8th! It’s going to be an unforgettable day. 🐻✨

**A few quick reminders for our 8th-grade families:**

🚫 **Travel Light:** Leave those backpacks and Chromebooks at home!
🍕 **Pizza Party:** Pizza is on us! (Students with food sensitivities, please plan accordingly).
☀️ **Pack the Essentials:** Don’t forget towels and sunscreen.
🏊‍♂️ **Pool Rules:** A gray or white shirt MUST be worn in the pool.
🎒 **Clear Bags:** We will provide clear bags for all student items.
📱 **Phone Policy:** Per NEISD policy, phones must be powered off/out of sight and secured in bags. This is a new change, so we apologize for the inconvenience.
