You’re invited to attend AACOG’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services’ (IDDS) Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) Provider Fair on July 31 and August 1, 2026.

Families and caregivers with loved ones with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) are encouraged to attend!

This event is designed for individuals on the Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) waitlist who are interested in learning more about group home options and available support services.

AACOG Regional Services invites elected officials from across the Alamo Area to attend the 2026 Elected Officials Workshop on June 26.

Whether you serve as a mayor, council member, county commissioner, judge, or other elected official, this workshop is designed to strengthen your understanding of local government leadership while providing opportunities to connect with peers from across the region.

Lunch will be provided for registered attendees.

In observance of Memorial Day, the AACOG Tower offices, Public Safety offices, Law Enforcement Academy, and the Alamo Service Connection phone lines will be closed on Monday, May 25.

🚌 Please note that Alamo Regional Transit (ART) will only operate contract ride services. ART’s phone line will be unavailable.

Today, AACOG’s Bexar Area Agency on Aging team joined Meals on Wheels San Antonio to help deliver nearly 200 meals to older adults across Bexar County in recognition of Older Americans Month.

More than a meal, today was a reminder of the power of partnership. Supporting older adults takes strong community connections, and we’re proud to work alongside organizations like Meals on Wheels San Antonio to help keep older adults healthy, independent, and connected.
