On October 25, 2017, Governor Greg Abbott appointed me Judge of the 187th. I'm a life-long Republican and I will continue working to see that justice prevails.
I began my legal career as an assistant district attorney under Steve Hilbig and Susan Reed. In 2000, I became a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s Office specializing in the prosecution of the most violent gangs in San Antonio and South Texas. I conducted over 3,000 federal prosecutions and never lost a case.
