Upward Bound is college preparation funded by U.S. Department of Education. Students who complete the program have a higher graduation rate from college.

Upward Bound is a college preparation program funded by the U.S. Upward Bound is a supportive program that identifies, motivates, and prepares eligible students to complete High School, enroll in, and graduate fro institutions of post-secondary education. Students who complete the Upward Bound program have a higher graduation rate from college, when compared to students who do not participate in Upward Bound.
