During Adoption Month, Therapeutic Family Life proudly celebrated the finalization of adoptions for three families, providing three children with loving forever homes. All 3 children were able to be adopted on Friday, November 22, which was National Adoption Day.

We congratulate:

- Joe Dougharty and Laura Stager-Dougharty from Southeast Texas, who joyfully completed the adoption of Bobbie on National Adoption Day.

- Tibet and Wesley Wagnon from Southeast Texas, who with Rayne Lynn, marked a new beginning with her adoption finalized this past Friday.

- Dekyn and Anna Peters, who embraced Journey as their own on National Adoption Day. Dekyn is our dedicated Program Coordinator Assistant in Arlington.

Our SETX team was invited to participate in a Gospel Brunch at Gospel Center Church in Beaumont, which was put on by the Heart Gallery of Southeast Texas in conjunction with Texas Family Care Network. One of 's foster/adopt parents, Tibit Wagnon, was a speaker at the event along with Ms. Joyce James Consulting 🎤👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👏

All Therapeutic Family Life branch offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th, to honor Veterans Day. We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect and appreciate the sacrifices made by our courageous veterans.

In September, one of our foster families in Southeast Texas celebrated the joyful adoption of Hunter Athena Wagnon! Wesley and Tibit Wagnon are overjoyed to welcome this bright and amazing 15-year-old into their family. Hunter has filled their home and hearts with love and happiness. As a sports-loving teen who embraces both her athletic side and her girlie interests. With full hearts, Tibit and Wesley feel blessed to have Hunter join their family. Congratulations to Hunter and the Wagnons from all of us at Therapeutic Family Life!

Our offices are closed today in recognition of Columbus Day. We will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday, October 15th.
