Motivation Monday๐
I am my only competition. Itโs been 7 years since I started my journey! Wow!!๐คฉ Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is not easy but itโs So Worth It! I feel Amazing at 45years old and better than I have ever felt in my whole life! Iโm working on reverse aging and I think Iโm on the right track!๐๐๐พ๐ฆ Keep pushing on and Donโt Stop til you reach your goals! Iโm still going Strong..Canโt Stop, Wonโt Stop! Whoop, Whoop!!! ๐WERK IT WEDNESDAY!๐
Have you put in that Werk yet? What are you waiting on? I just finished teaching 5am & 6:30am classes and I Feel GRrreeaaaattt!๐๐พ Early morning workouts are the Best in my opinion!๐คฉ Itโs exhilarating and gives you tons of energy for the day! Your metabolism gets this Boost of energy to start your day off Right and Werk off those calories!๐ช๐ฝ
I wasn't always in this mindset, actually if you knew me 5 years ago, you probably would think this is a Practical joke.๐ I remember when I worked in the hospital providing OT Rehabilitation to patients and my workday didn't start until around 9am or 10:00am. I would make it known before I accepted a position with a company that I didn't want to work before 9:00am. I told them that I preferred 10:30a and would work until 6pm because โI was not a Morning personโ๐
I'm reminded of How far I have come and how much that Iโve changed over the past 5 years!๐ฆ You think you know who you are, ...But, Do You Really know Who You Are? ๐ค
When is the last time that you did something that you never could imagine doing? How did you feel doing it? Would you do it again? I want to Challenge you to explore and experience something New... Something that excites you..Scares you..and pushes you past any limiting thoughts or beliefs that may be holding you back from discovering another piece of yourself that you never even knew existed!๐

Iโve been missing in action but Iโve been busy cooking up my new program and training at my New Dream Job at Spenga! I'm so proud to say I joined the Spenga FitFam ๐๐พ๐ฅฐ๐๐พ
Spenga is a Triple Threat...and the only workout where I can use 3 of my major Certifications! It's Spin, Stength, and then Yoga and I'm in Love with this concept. Spenga gives you the 3 Essentials to an effective work out, Cardio, Strength, and Flexibility! I'm so excited to finally use my certifications all together in One place! ๐๐พ๐
I don't have to go to the studio for Yoga and then go to another spot for Spin, and then go somewhere else to teach Personal training..This saves me so much time and stress from running all over the place. ๐ฅฐ
I remember people questioning me why I did so many different certifications and formats. People like me need variety and constant challenge or it just gets boring and simple. I love the Cardio and heart pumping energy of teaching Spin..Nothing like it! Then, I love doing strengthening and how empowered it is to coach others..and Then there is Yoga. Anybody who knows me, I believe Everyone needs Yoga, Period, End of Story!๐ฏ๐๐พ
