This year’s honorees include Rita “The Rocket” Crockett, Charles “Bo” Outlaw, Boone Logan, Josh Reynolds, the 1991 Jay Volleyball Team, the 2003 Clark Volleyball Team, Coach Gary Malesky, Coach Romy Vela, and Dr. John Folks.

Congratulations to the Brennan AFJROTC PT Team, who were and took 3rd in the Nation (Mixed Division) at the National JROTC Fitness Challenge Championships in Daytona Beach. They also placed third in double broad jump, ball toss, and obstacle course, and 5th in pull-up/flex arm hang. Way to go, Brennan Bears! 🐻🏆

Congrats to the Destination Imagination Team from Harlan HS, who placed sixth at the World Finals, representing both their school and NISD on the world stage. As the only team from both NISD and the Central Texas Region to qualify, their achievement is truly exceptional.

Global Finals took place on May 21–24 in Kansas City, Missouri, bringing together top teams from around the world to compete in STEAM-based challenges that showcased creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving
