Early voting begins on May 18th, please help us get out the vote early for Chip Roy to be our next Attorney General of Texas!

🤠🤌SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT:
Mayes Middleton is spending money to smear Chip Roy with lies.
Here’s the truth:

👍Chip voted NO on both Trump impeachments
👊He fought Liz Cheney and helped remove her as Conference Chair
🤝Trump himself praised Chip’s work and called his legislation his “favorite ever”
✍️Chip authored the Texas Border Plan — the foundation for the first-ever Republican border security-only bill (zero amnesty)
💪He’s been leading the fight against child transgender surgeries

Facts over fiction. Chip Roy’s conservative record speaks for itself.
On May 18, vote EARLY for Chip Roy to be our next Attorney General of Texas

Early voting starts on May 18th. We proudly endorse Chip Roy to be our next Attorney General of Texas! 🤠👍

Great example on why we proudly endorse Chip Roy to be our next Attorny General of Texas. Early voting starts May 18!

Last week some of our membership joined Chip Roy for his virtual townhall events, which we highly recommend, where we also got to hear from one of the few really great US Senators, Mike Lee on why he fully endorses Chip Roy to be our next Texas Attorney General. Chip Roy answered several questions from the audience, and so we asked him where he stands on reforming FISA Section 702, in order to put in necessary language REQUIRING a warrant to spy and collect information from American Citizens emails, phone calls and texts. We kinda already knew where they both stand on this issue based off past support for ending warrantless surveillance, but not enough people talk about this systemic abuse of privacy and due process by our Federal Government.

Chip Roy did not dissapoint with his answer that he does indeed oppose FISA Section 702 authorization that does not include key reforms to protect our Fourth Amendment Rights to privacy and due process. Which is also why he has filed a "KIll the Kill Switch Amendment to the FISA bill that would also end funding to vehicle kill switch legislation as well. Chip Roy is 100% correct when he states that spying is spying, and privacy is privacy.

Should not be a felony.

One drag shouldn’t equal a felony.
One gummy shouldn’t ruin a life.
Texas can do better.

The president has reportedly said he wants to help more Americans realize home ownership (not the government’s role, but nevermind). Though in the process he doesn’t want to see current prices tank too much for fear of current owners losing the equity they have in their homes.

Those folks should be prepared however, for the return to the presidency one day of someone who knows that a stable, well-defined dollar is in the country’s best interest. It’s what helped America thrive post-WWII while FDR and Hoover’s suffocating tax rates were still in force.

A supported dollar would push prices back down to more reasonable levels. In the meantime, 🤞🏻 that the faux ‘experts’ downtown at the hypocritical cesspool otherwise known as City Hall don’t take the wrong message from this.

Is it a pipe dream to expect them to refrain from more ‘affordable’ housing policies that would drive our debt levels to such a point that we’d put even more distance between ourselves and the second-worst fiscally-managed municipality in America? Further raising our taxes to do so?

Probably. But I can dream, can’t I?

Chip Roy | RLC Texas 02/19/2026

After much deliberation and review, the Republican Liberty Caucus of Texas, determined to identify the best candidate for an office that carries much weight in the legal defense of Texans life, liberty, and property have come to a strong consensus that Chip Roy is the candidate most qualified to be our next Texas Attorney General.
According to Chip Roy, "The AG’s foremost obligation is to defend liberty and the Constitution, not expand and manage bureaucracy. Constitutions exist to restrain government, not justify growth. My office would ensure every action or opinion is rooted in enumerated powers and strict adherence to due process. Liberty must win." We could agree more.
Chip Roy’s responses to the RLCTX Attorney General candidate survey and subsequent interviews confirm his firm commitment to constitutional governance. On core principles including congressional war powers, the overuse of outdated Authorizations for Use of Military Force (AUMFs), and the proper balance between state and federal authority, Roy articulated a clear determination to restore federalism. He acknowledged Defend the Guard legislation as a meaningful structural mechanism to realign war authority with its intended constitutional limits and to reassert the role of the states in checking federal excess.
During his tenure in Congress, Chip Roy has consistently spoken and voted in favor of restoring institutional accountability and limiting federal overreach. His record reflects sustained support for fiscal restraint, regulatory limitation, medical freedom, national sovereignty, and the restoration of Congress’s exclusive authority to declare war.
When asked directly whether he would defend Texas against unconstitutional federal action as Attorney General, Mr. Roy responded without hesitation that he would use the full constitutional authority of the office to defend Texas law and its citizens. He affirmed that the Texas Attorney General has both the authority and the duty to resist federal actions that exceed enumerated constitutional powers.
Our discussions further revealed a candidate who understands both the legal mechanics and the broader liberty implications of issues including due process, over-criminalization, immigration enforcement impacts, and public safety failures. He framed these matters not as isolated policy disputes but as part of a broader constitutional imperative: that Texans have a right to hold our Office of the Attorney General and Texas Law Enforcement to a high standard.
Chip Roy’s philosophical and legal commitments demonstrate clear alignment with the principles of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Texas. His reliance on constitutional guardrails for all branches and levels of government provides strong assurance that he would faithfully execute the duties of the Attorney General’s office and serve well the people of Texas.
