Strong community engagement takes more than showing up. It depends on who shows up, what we say and how we build trust over time. We're bringing together local leaders from across San Bernardino County for a morning of real conversation about what works in outreach and what doesn't. You’ll learn about intentional engagement strategies that build trust, how to increase program visibility, strengthen partnerships and improve overall community impact. Plus, leave with new connections across sectors and fresh ideas for reaching the families you serve.

If you are a communications leader, outreach coordinator, educator or community outreach specialist working in public agency, healthcare, nonprofit or community advocacy, then this workshop is for you.

Seats are limited, so reserve your spot today: https://first5sanbernardino.wufoo.com/forms/q1yjwh0n02bihun/

What better way to kick off spooky season than with tricks, treats and best of all...BOOOOOks! 👻📚

During San Bernardino County Public Defender's Office C.U.T.E. Trunk-or-Treat, First 5 San Bernardino gifted young trick-or-treaters a Halloween book to enjoy throughout the season.

We believe books make meaningful gifts for every occasion, including Halloween! Reading with your child is one of the best ways to spark their imagination, strengthen your bond and build a lifelong love of learning. Because 90% of a child’s brain develops by age 5, early reading experiences play a vital role in healthy brain development and help shape how children engage with learning for years to come.
