Congratulations to LTJG Zorzi on graduating the Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) Program!

The WTI Program is a rigorous series of courses that train, qualify, and develop officers who are Warriors, Thinkers, and Teachers – Officers whose skills and training will enhance Surface Force lethality and enable the Navy to fight and win across the spectrum of high-end operations. WTI candidates specialize in one of the four warfare areas: IAMD, ASW/SUW, AMW, and MIW. Graduates are entitled to wear the distinctive WTI emblem on their uniform.
