LLAB 13 was another eventful leadership lab! This week, GMC Wing Staff was able to organize three separate stations for IMT and FTP where flights were challenged with tasks for points to see which flight came out on top. It was a fun yet productive training and ended with a unanimous tie between all the GMC flights! GMC Wing Staff did an outstanding job preparing for this LLAB! We ended with a heartfelt announcement from Col Grimm about the future for the cadets in our detachment, especially those going to field training and those soon-to-be commissioned cadets. ✈️

LLAB 11 was an exciting leadership lab for Det 075! Both in-person and online flights had an ORI in which each cadet was inspected and evaluated on their personal appearance, military bearing, and most importantly their knowledge. Afterwards, in-person FTP flights were able to do scenarios while in-person IMT flights did FDE procedures. The rest of the flights trained online. ✈️
This week on Live with Det 075, we talk to Intelligence Officer Capt Ruddek about his 22-year career in the Air Force. After serving his time as an enlisted member, Capt Ruddek decided to become an officer and step into the Intelligence career field. We talk about the United State's most dangerous threat in recent years and the challenges of Capt Ruddek's first deployment. We also cover the unmatched power of our military, and how you can implement long-lasting change as an officer in the Air Force.

We were back online for LLAB 09 and our primary focus was training. Before we started training, Col Grimm gave the spotlight to a handful of cadets and their achievements as well as shared them with the wing. After that, we split into different breakout rooms to do our extremism training from the Pathway to Extremism video briefs and went over different scenarios on how we should handle it as future officers. ✈️
