The Active Component (AC) is actively seeking interested Selected Reserve (SELRES) Sailors in the paygrades of E3-E6 to convert to active duty service, both in and out of rate. This program represents a great opportunity to improve and maintain AC community health and support warfighting readiness by filling critical needs, but also provides qualified Sailors with an opportunity to resume or begin a career in the AC.
Motivated and qualified Sailors who are interested in full-time, active duty service are strongly encouraged to submit applications.
