Welcome to San Diego County Office of Education Career Readiness and Technical Education (CRTE)! You have an opportunity to participate in the Pathways to Justice Careers for Youth (PJC) program. This unique opportunity will give you access to activities and experiences to expose you to pathways associated with criminal justice, emergency service, and military careers. As a student worker in this program, you will have the opportunity to help your community, develop work skills, enhance your resume, learn about the kind of behavior that is expected on a job, and possibly even earn some money. Most of all, you can gain work experience and learn about occupations in the real world.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 21, are in school working on earning your high school diploma or its equivalent (GED or HiSET), and are part of the Free and Reduced Priced School Meals program, you could be eligible to participate in this program.

If you are interested, please email your contact information to [email protected], call (619) 233-2814 and leave your contact information with the receptionist, or just leave your contact information in a post here on the PJC page.
