💦 POOL MATERIAL BREAKDOWN

A beautiful pool isn’t just about the shape—it’s the combination of finishes that brings the entire design together.

For this new Modern Yardz pool, we paired three materials that complement each other perfectly:

✨ Waterline Tile: Gleeze Turchese Glossy
A rich turquoise glossy tile that adds color, movement, and a handcrafted look right at the waterline.

🪨 Coping: Coral Stone
The warm, natural tones of Coral Stone soften the blue finishes and give the pool a timeless, high-end feel.

🌊 Pool Finish: PebbleTec Blue Surf PebbleSheen
A smooth pebble finish that creates a vibrant, inviting blue water color while still maintaining a natural appearance.

The key is choosing materials that look great together, not just individually. The turquoise tile, natural stone, and Blue Surf finish create layers of texture and color without making the pool feel over-designed.

Save this combination for inspiration for your future pool. 📌

Even the birds know… 🐦✨

The best view might just be from above. From this bird’s-eye perspective, every detail of this backyard oasis comes to life—from the sparkling pool to the perfectly designed outdoor living space.

Some views are simply better from the sky. 🌴💦

Built from the ground up. 👊

Every great outdoor space starts with a vision—and this custom cantilever patio cover is proof. From layout and footings to steel, electrical, lighting, and the final installation, every detail was planned and built by our team.

The floating roofline, clean architectural design, recessed lighting, and integrated fan create a space that’s as functional as it is striking.

Would you add one of these to your backyard?

Most people think the hard part is building it. We think the hard part is getting the design perfect first.

This is Version 3 of this project, where we’re obsessing over the details before a single shovel hits the ground. Every material, grade change, retaining wall, plant, light fixture, and outdoor living space is reviewed in 3D so you can experience your future backyard before we build it.

The result? Fewer surprises, better decisions, and a finished project that looks exactly like the vision.

Luxury outdoor spaces aren’t created by chance—they’re created through a process.

What detail catches your eye first? 👇

Not all porcelain tile is made for outdoor living. 👀

This Arizona Tile features an R11 non-slip finish, giving it the grip you want for pool decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces—without sacrificing a clean, modern look.

If you’re choosing tile for the outdoors, don’t just pick a color. Make sure it’s designed to perform where it matters most.

Would you use this on your backyard project?

Sometimes you gotta call an audible after the work has been completed. But making those little changes are what makes the difference in the end.
