Reading Come Alive!- The Day The Crayons Quit

Where: Marine and Family Programs, Bldg. 6E When: Wednesday, August 15, 2018; 0930am-1130am

MCRD School Liaison Program presents: Reading Come Alive!- The Day The Crayons Quit. This is a whole family workshop based on a featured book with crafts and fun activities that accompany the book. The workshop will contain a reading of the book (The Day The Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt) by a special guest, discussion questions, and extension activities inspired by colorful crayons from the reading! At the end, each family will receive a copy of the selected book as well as other prizes. This event is open to Active Duty, Retired, Reserve, DoD Civilians and Contractors, and other federal agencies.
