A basic prep checklist gets you started, but the best kit is tailored to your real life! 🎒✨

Think about what keeps your day running smoothly and build around your household's daily flow:

Personal Essentials: Extra prescription meds, spare glasses, and hearing-aid batteries.

Family & Pets: Baby gear, extra formula, and plenty of pet food.

Everyday Comforts: Backup phone power banks, a little cash, and physical copies of key docs.

If you rely on it every day, make sure it’s in your kit so you’re always set—no matter what the week brings.

September is National Preparedness Month,

I Am Navy Ready, Are You?

Week 1's theme is "Make A Plan," are you prepared if disaser strikes?

Last month CNRSW held a disaster preparedness exercise in case a tsunami occurred on the California coastline, but San Diego is also vulnerable to wildfires, earthquakes, and more.

Do you have plan in case of these, or other emergencies? If not, make a plan!
