Say hello to Mary McLeod Bethune. 👋🏾 If you didn't know, she was instrumental in helping expand opportunities at the Red Cross for the African American community.

Mary was part of a committee that made recommendations on our blood plasma project, the enrollment of African-American nurses and the representation of African American staff on military bases and within local and national departments.
